Anne began working with children over 35 years ago as an art teacher with a BFA degree. She received her Masters degree in Counseling in 1993 and counseled with children and parents through the public schools for 15 years. She received certification as a Parent Facilitator/Coordinator and as a Collaborative Divorce Mental Health Professional in 2011. She and Ms. Springer founded Springer Dodson Associates in 2011. Anne believes in the resilience of children and the innate resources of all persons to work toward health. She uses the ideas and strategies of Solution Focused Counseling and Family Systems Theory in her work as a Parent Facilitator with parents undergoing divorce.
